Recipe: 30-Second Breakfast


Here's the quickest breakfast or lunch you'll ever make and it's SO GOOD! Use any fruits you want, but below is what I went for today.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen mango

1 chopped banana

1 drop Wild Orange

I opened my freezer, stuck a pre-packaged baggie of my frozen fruit in a bowl, then chopped a banana. Seriously - 30 seconds.

Add one drop of Wild Orange and mix it all together. I then get dressed and come back down and my fruits are thawed and I'm ready to chow down!

IMPORTANT: So I was munching on my bowl before having the thought to add Wild Orange, which I did and then took this pick. RIGHT after, I realized I needed to move it to a glass bowl (we're on vaca, so this plastic was what they had in our condo). Citrus oils love to munch on toxins and break them down WHICH MEANS they would have broken down my plastic bowl and gross stuff would have ended up in my berries! So use glass or stainless steel when using citrus! Ok,I'm done.
