    Here's the quickest breakfast or lunch you'll ever make and it's SO GOOD! Use any fruits you want, but below is what I went for today. Ingredients: 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 1/2 cup frozen mango 1 chopped banana 1 drop Wild Orange I opened my freezer, stuck a pre-packaged baggie of my frozen fruit in a bowl, then chopped a banana.     On this dreary morning, I decided to think SUMMER and make myself this tropical smoothie. Seriously, it's AMAZING!! Recipe: 2 cups water 1 cup spinach 1 cup frozen mango 2 bananas A chunk of cucumber (maybe 3 inches) 2 tbsp hemp hearts One drop of Peppermint essential oil ---> THIS is what makes it AMAZING Blend away and drink!
