    One thing about not eating eggs is….well….no scrambled eggs. We sometimes like to have a “big breakfast” {ahem…have like a 5-course meal for breakfast} and the one missing thing was scrambled eggs. But, as plant-based living continues to grow, some wizard somewhere invented the TOFU SCRAMBLE recipe! Oh, bless you, sweet wizard!     Recipe: 30-Second Breakfast

    Here's the quickest breakfast or lunch you'll ever make and it's SO GOOD! Use any fruits you want, but below is what I went for today. Ingredients: 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 1/2 cup frozen mango 1 chopped banana 1 drop Wild Orange I opened my freezer, stuck a pre-packaged baggie of my frozen fruit in a bowl, then chopped a banana.
